Rockhampton Fitzroy Rowing Club Inc. (RFRC) is a community focused, not-for-profit rowing club which was established in September 2006. The Club is run and supported by volunteers.
The Club’s focus is to get people involved with exercise and sport, by providing members with the facilities, equipment and volunteer coaching to help them in their rowing endeavours.
Which Schools have a Rowing Program?
RFRC provides volunteer coaches and equipment, to allow for local high schools to participate and compete in rowing at a local, regional, state and national level wherever possible.
The Cathedral College, Rockhampton Girls Grammar School and Emmaus College all form part of RFRC and each have their own rowing programs.
The Club has also supported students from North Rockhampton State High School, Glenmore State High School, and Rockhampton State High School.
